Spotify Wrapped has gone live for its 2025 edition.
For the ninth year, the streaming giant is helping artists celebrate their year on Spotify and connect with their biggest fans.
“This year’s Wrapped For Artists experience is more intuitive than ever, with new data stories that give a deeper look into how an artist’s music resonated with listeners,” said a statement.
New stories for 2025 include Super Listeners, which highlight the outsized impact of an artist’s most dedicated fans.
Artists will also discover which of the new Wrapped Clubs their music belongs to and see accolades which are determined by the streaming moments when their tracks really over-indexed with fans.
For songwriters with an active Songwriter Page, Wrapped For Songwriters has a personalised, shareable overview of the year.
Taylor Swift took the top spot again as the most streamed artist in the UK for the third year running.
Alex Warren’s Ordinary – the biggest song of the year to date according to the Official Charts Company – was the most streamed song on Spotify in the UK, ahead of That’s So True by Gracie Abrams (No2) and Messy by Lola Young (No.3).
The domestic streaming impact of Lola Young is an encouraging result after UK talent was shut out in 2024. Messy was also featured prominently in year-end rankings from Deezer, Apple Music and YouTube.
Furthermore, Olivia Dean made the Top 10 UK albums of 2025 on Spotify with The Art Of Loving at No.9. Both Dean and Young amassed more than a billion global streams this year on Spotify, while Central Cee was not far behind on 785 million.

Acts with a substantial volume of tracks such as Ed Sheeran did amass greater totals (five billion streams) across their catalogue.
The UK’s most streamed album this year was Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet, followed by You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1) by Alex Warren and K-Pop Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film) at No.3.
UK talent didn’t make Spotify Wrapped’s Top 10 global rankings, in which Bad Bunny finished ahead of Taylor Swift and The Weeknd among Top Global Artists. Bad Bunny also had the top global album.
In Spotify’s global Top 10 songs of 2025, Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars was at No.1 ahead of Birds Of A Feather by Billie Eilish and Apt by Rosé and Bruno Mars.
