The grand celebration of Bharat Parv 2025 has begun at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh is emerging as one of its biggest highlights.
The festival, which runs from November 1 to 15 to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, brings together India’s traditions and cultures under one theme — Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.

Representing Uttar Pradesh Tourism, Jambhale D T greeted Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at the inauguration on Saturday as the state presented a glimpse of its rich heritage, art, and spirituality at the Statue of Unity complex.
State Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh said, “Uttar Pradesh is the cultural heart of India. At Bharat Parv, we are showcasing our living traditions — from the devotion of Ayodhya to the vibrance of Braj and the legacy of Kashi. This festival is a celebration of unity through culture.”
The UP Tourism pavilion has become a major attraction, offering visitors a visual journey through Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir, Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Mathura’s Krishna Janmabhoomi, and other spiritual landmarks. The stall also highlights Deepotsav, Dev Deepawali, Rangotsav, and new experiences in eco and rural tourism, drawing crowds of travel enthusiasts and photographers.
Performers from across the state are winning hearts with their folk dances and music. As many as 72 artistes representing 12 traditional art forms are taking the stage, performing Pai Danda, Charukula, Faruwahi, Badhawa, Rai, and Tharu dances. Their rhythm and costumes bring alive the stories of Uttar Pradesh’s land, faith, and people.
Minister Jaiveer Singh added, “Our artistes carry the essence of the state in every step, song, and sound. Through them, visitors are experiencing the depth and diversity of Uttar Pradesh’s culture.”
At Bharat Parv, visitors are also enjoying handicraft exhibitions, regional cuisines, puppet shows, and live cultural showcases from different states. Yet, it is Uttar Pradesh’s performances and displays that are drawing the biggest crowds.
The main cultural presentation from Uttar Pradesh is scheduled for November 12, promising an evening of music, colour, and tradition that will celebrate the idea of one India united in spirit and diversity.
