Hispanic Heritage Night: Orlando City SC vs. New England Revolution (Sept. 14, 2024)


Catch all the action of a spirited futbol — or as we call it, soccer — match right here in Orlando at Inter&Co Stadium. Major League Soccer’s Orlando City Soccer Club will kick the festivities off with a themed Hispanic Heritage Night featuring music, food, games and more fun surprises throughout the evening. Enjoy the celebración and cheer Orlando on to victory over New England Revolution.

Las Criadas del Hotel Meliá (Sept. 13 – 14 & 27 – 28, 2024)


Enjoy an immersive and experiential micro theater experience in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month at Meliá Orlando Celebration. Las Criadas del Hotel Meliá is a series of 15-minute plays featuring four immigrant housekeepers. You’ll follow the action as it moves from one hotel room to the next and enjoy delicious food and beverages along the way.


Fourth Annual Celebration of Latin American Arts & Culture (Sept. 14, 2024)


In downtown Orlando, the Orange County Regional History Center will host their annual Celebration of Latin Arts & Culture, included with museum admission. Stop by between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. to enjoy live painting demonstrations, visual artists, family-friendly crafts and activities, and heritage performances from Mexico Lindo Folkloric Ballet, Flamenco Alborea, Isla Danza Venezuela and more.


Lake Nona Hispanic Heritage Festival (Sept. 14, 2024)


The party continues in Lake Nona, you can enjoy live music, cultural performances and entertainment at the Lake Nona Hispanic Heritage Festival. The event is hosted at Drive Shack Orlando and will also feature the flavors of seven different countries.


Fiesta Aquatica (Select Dates, Sept. 14 – Oct. 13, 2024)


Aquatica® Orlando will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with lively Latin beats, dancing and delicious treats available for purchase. Fiesta Aquatica is included with park admission on Saturdays and Sundays from Sept. 14 – Oct. 23.

Mexican Danza: Honoring Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15, 2024)


Orange County Library System (OCLS) will host over 20 events honoring Hispanic Heritage Month, including Mexican Danza, a Mexican folkloric dance performance by México Danza Orlando. Stop by the downtown Orlando branch to enjoy traditional dances from the states of Jalisco, Sinaloa and Veracruz.

Hispanic Heritage Month at DISNEY SPRINGS (Sept. 15 – Oct. 15, 2024)

Celebrating Hispanic Voices: An Evening of Spoken Word (Sept, 20, 2024)


Wordsmiths from Orlando’s Latin community will join Orlando’s Poet Laureate, Shawn Welcome, in a 90-minute interactive showcase on spoken word poetry. The free performance at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts concludes a weeklong spoken word residency with Welcome, with original performances honoring culture, self-identity, love, perseverance, and family.


Paradise Island Runway (Sept. 21, 2024)


Spot intricate pieces from talented Latin American artists during Paradise Island Runway, a fashion show hosted at Meliá Orlando Celebration in partnership with A La Carta Conceptos. Enjoy an exclusive afterparty following the show with a la carte offerings available for purchase.


Latin Jazz & Art Festival (Sept. 21, 2024)


20 minutes north of downtown Orlando, the city of Casselberry will host a free Latin Jazz & Art Festival headlined by trumpet sensation Arturo Sandoval. Arrive early to check out the Artista Siempre art exhibit at City Hall, which will feature paintings, sculptures, mixed media and more from the area’s top Latin visual artists.
