It’s part of this year’s Crouch End Open Studios art trail, taking place on May 9 and 10 from midday to 6pm and featuring the work of 59 artists.
Now in its 21st year, the trail includes more than 40 venues across the area, such as cafes, businesses, artists’ homes and studios.
Visitors can enjoy art over coffee and pastries at venues including Dunns Bakery, featuring work by Craig Barnard, and Sable D’Or, showcasing pieces by Kim Scouller. Other participating venues include Coffee Circus, Merro Cafe, and But First Coffee near Haringey Station.

Landmark buildings taking part include Hornsey Town Hall, where Rob Sanders will exhibit, and The Crypt Studio, which will host work by Louis Caulfield.
Holy Innocents Church on Tottenham Lane will feature pieces from six artists.

Isabella Lloyd Mitchell, artist and co-chair of Crouch End Open Studios, said: “We can’t wait to welcome people to this year’s art trail. There is so much to see and a great selection of workshops that people can get involved in.
“We have a fantastic mix and range of artists taking part, so there really is something to interest everyone, including paintings, prints, ceramics, drawings, glass, mixed media, photography and sculptures.”

New venues this year include estate agents Philip Alexander on Crouch Hill, displaying work by seven artists, and the Palette & Frame Gallery on Tottenham Lane, showing pieces by 17 artists.
Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year 2024 semi-finalist Jenna Waldren will exhibit at Frameworks on Park Road. A group exhibition and workshops for all ages will take place at The Original Gallery in Hornsey Library from May 8 to 17.

Workshops include live portrait painting on May 15 from 1pm to 4pm by Rachel Mercer and Kim Scouller.
A free drawing session for all ages will be led by Ms Lloyd Mitchell on May 16 from midday to 2pm. Organisers will also pay tribute to Barbara Mansi, a much-loved artist who died late last year.

One of her artworks will be included in the group exhibition. In her memory, the new Barbara Mansi Award has been created for a recent graduate.
This year’s recipient is ceramics graduate Audra Goffeney, who will take part in the art trail and group show.
