Drake’s album rollout is already creating major streaming boosts for several of the emerging artists featured across ICEMAN, Habibti, and Maid of Honour.
Screenshots circulating online following the release showed dramatic jumps in monthly Spotify listeners for artists connected to the project. According to posts shared across social media, artists including Molly Santana, Stunna Sandy, Iconic Savvy and Qendresa all reportedly saw major increases in listeners after appearing alongside Drake on Iceman.
One widely shared graphic claimed Molly Santana jumped from roughly 569,000 monthly listeners to 7.8 million, while Stunna Sandy reportedly climbed from 336,000 to 2 million listeners. Iconic Savvy and Qendresa were also shown receiving significant spikes.
Fans pointed to Drake’s long history of introducing newer artists to wider mainstream audiences through collaborations, co-signs, and playlist exposure.
The streaming boosts arrived alongside Drake’s surprising May 15 release strategy, which saw him drop three separate projects after initially only promising one.
The 43-track rollout included ICEMAN, Habibti, and Maid of Honour, each built around different musical styles. ICEMAN leaned heavily into rap and hip-hop, while Habibti focused more on melodic R&B sounds and Maid of Honour explored dance and club-inspired production.
The release reportedly shattered several Spotify records for 2026, including biggest single-day totals for artist streams, album streams, and song streams. Demand became so intense that some users reported crashes and buffering issues across streaming platforms shortly after the albums dropped.
